estate, wills, probate and trust practice was born from our clients’ needs for preparing for
the future while shielding themselves from creditors or simply strategizing for the future.

Rachamin “Rocky” Cohen concentrates his practice on the representation of business and individual debtors. Representing a wide range of clients with diverse interests and objectives.
Mr. Cohen began his legal career at a prominent consumer protection law firm. Having made partner early in his career, he realized the need for clients to work directly with an attorney and decided to open his firm with the goal of working alongside his clients.

Since the real estate recession, Mr. Cohen has been on the forefront of representing borrowers and homeowners save their properties. He is undeterred by the bank’s teams of lobbyist and lawyers, standing up for and representing borrowers in what has become a David and Goliath battle for many homeowners.
Mr. Cohen has wiped out more than $45,000,000.00 in debt and has reduced several million dollars in mortgage principle balances. He has received a 2017 recognition in pro bono work and has served as Executive Editor for the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida’s Bankruptcy Journal.
